The quad-circuit Quad-Curve 1000 has been especially created for lifting larger curved glass units up to 1000kg.
The curved Quad-Curve 1000 vacuum lifter has 2.8 metre long lifting arms which can tilt, so each of its 16 suction pads achieve surface contact with either flat glass panels or curved convex glass with a minimum radius of 5000mm.
This curved glass lifter is a quad-circuit machine with four independent vacuum systems. If one of the machine’s four vacuum circuits fails then the remaining three can safely hold the load weight.
